As some of you may be aware Ross has an allergy to peanuts and walnuts. As we finish developing the site we will add more information on allergies. We are teaming up with a qualified Allergist who will also be on hand to help out.

It aims to be fun as well as informative and interesting and will be updated on a regular basis.
Here you will find some information about me, details of future events : courses, demonstrations etc., together with a host of recipes . There is also a section on allergies , a subject close to my heart since I am allergic to peanuts. I am passionate about the environment and conservation, hence a section all about that. You will also find information about the various charities I support.
There are lots of photos throughout the site so do explore and have fun.
